Office of Classroom and Event Scheduling

EMS, Augusta University's Event Management System, allows users to request and view facilities and audiovisual services for events on Health Sciences and Summerville campuses. The spaces available include academic classrooms, computer labs, conference rooms, and other special events space.

How do I book a space?

Please log into EMS at https://ems.augusta.edu/. If you have any issues with Virtual EMS or logging in, please contact the Office of Classroom and Event Scheduling at 706.721.0902 . The Office of Classroom and Event Scheduling team will also be happy to assist you for a quick walk-through of some of the equipment and services offered.

Who can book space? Per enterprise policy, faculty, staff, and student organization leadership can reserve enterprise space. Some spaces can be booked by external entities at a cost. If you have any questions regarding your ability to schedule space, please contact the Office of Classroom and Event Scheduling, 706.721.0902. For after-hour audio visual assistance contact the IT help desk, 706-721-4000.

Can I view space and availability prior to booking it? Login to view detailed facility and room information, please use Browse Menu > Browse Locations. If you have questions, please contact the Office of Classroom and Event Scheduling via email: classroomscheduling@augusta.edu .

  • Video Conferencing (supported by Cisco Bridge Technology)
